COWBOY TOM AND FESTUS

"COWBOY TOM AND FESTUS"   One thing Tom loves about his life is his dogs.  "Festus" has accompanied Tom on many horseback trips into the wilderness.  After coming home from one trip, the dog started acting unusual.  Cowboy Tom took him to the vet who found Festus was covered in ticks and the ticks had given the dog LYME disease which eventually caused him to go blind.  Tom continues to take Festus on his trips except rather than running alongside, he now rides on the saddle with him.  Now that's what I call a true friendship.
