While in Kenya, we were so excited to see our first Zebra. It was a dream come true. At the end of our three week journey, we had spotted over 5,000 of them. The excitement had dwindled down, and it was about as exciting as seeing cows in my own pasture. I will have to admit, they are so unique and such a magnificent animal! Here, a young zebra colt is staying close to his mamas side, not knowing what critter might be waiting to have him for dinner. Only the smart survive!
